Bright citrus meets herbal depth in this refreshing, garden-inspired cocktail — perfect for slow evenings and sunlit gatherings. For a mocktail version, simply omit the spirit and increase the sparkling water to taste. For added depth, muddle a small rosemary sprig in the glass before adding ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Grapefruit Rosemary Cocktail Mix
  • 1½ oz gin (or vodka)
  • 2–3 oz sparkling water or club soda
  • Fresh rosemary sprig
  • Grapefruit wedge or twist
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add the Grapefruit Rosemary Cocktail Mix and gin.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Top with sparkling water and give one final stir.
  5. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a slice of fresh grapefruit.
